I bought this to put all my pics on it from my iPhone, it worked fine the first time and hasn’t worked since! Soon as I start to do the one click backup it’ll just close the app. I tried to open the files on my laptop and nothing showed up! Lots of pics just gone! Waste of money and time!

It’s a disk utility, supposedly, but the first thing it wants is access to: Microphone(why?), camera(to peep on you), all photos, all files and I forget them all being in shock. You deny them all and the app does nothing. Won’t check a drive, internal or external, to calculate space, cleanup or format. I just wanted an app to format a thumb drive, which it says it does. The only thing this app does it sell your nudies to some site across the ocean, why does a file program need access to microphone and camera? Duh! Just avoid like the plague unless you want to visit Europe sometime and find out your famous!

First it transferred my photos to the drive. But I couldn’t get the files to transfer to my computer. I plugged it back into my iPhone now it won’t connect to the app. The next thing I know the app screen goes black and here I am with a 20 dollar drive that is useless.

Why buy a device to store your iPhone pictures? Simple answer AND should be a simple task: 1). Open your phone and the App; 2). Select the photos to copy; 3). Create/Name of the folder(s) where the photos are saved; then 4). Transfer them. This App does not do this AND what instruction there are A) are for a different device, and B) don’t even have the correct menu options, so you cannot follow them if you wanted to. I sure the developers did not intend to make software which did not work. But the higher-ups in the company are failing to oversee their produce. And in the long run the company will fail. . . . Merely look at their comment ratings.

Bought two “1-TB” I-Flash Devices. Both DOA. “Device offline “ and not visible on iPhone nor on MacBook. It’s app Copy function works even without plugging it into your phone .

Yeah don’t know why this is still up cause it’s broken they have a app by the same name without “HD” and it works just fine so use that one.

I got this for Christmas and the app keeps showing my device is offline and idk how to make it go online I have done it on WiFi and off WiFi and it still says offline

I am used to get valuable things from Apple Store. This has negative value - to be optimistic.

I was able to use it once. After that I get all error messages.

Doesn’t work. It starts loading files then tells me it loaded over 10000% of the first file, then hangs. Tried selecting just a few pictures but it hung up again, when I hit cancel it gave me the spinning wheel and hung up. It also looses connection to the device. Don’t bother hitting the App Support button up above. There are nothing but dead links Used to work great, it sure what happened.

I would give it less stars if I could. It does not work

When I got the device I didn’t have to pay for anything nor did any of my files go missing. I’m really happy and Impressed with both the device and app.

I had a bunch of videos save on this app and when I opened it the other day they were all gone. The app storage says that their is content but when I click on app storage nothing loads.

I like this product easy to install and use I moved it from iphone to hard drive and it worked as expected

This is the perfect thing I’ve needed. I’ve been on vacation and ran out of space on my phone but now I can put all my pics on this instead and never run out of space! Love it!

When I copy my photos it tells me that the copy failed, I deleted the app and restored it and tried it again and it didn't work, half of my photos don't work either, what's the problem? I really hope you fix this😭

I have the I-Flash HD device and I have the I-Flash HD app but the app doesn’t detect the device with any card in it. If I use the non HD version of the app which I downloaded separately, that will work sometimes but won’t preview all the photos on the card. The HD app is completely worthless.

Been trying to get it to work for weeks! It downloaded six photos and then shuts down. No matter what I try loading them one at a time etc it shuts down. Would give it zero to negative 5 if I could because of the frustration. I want my money back!!!

I’m not sure why there are so many low scores for this app because it works great for me. It does everything that they claim and it does it fast. This is a great way to transfer data across various platforms and it does it discretely. If you don’t want to share your personal data with the world via cloud storage, this may be a good option for you. I’m very pleased with the device and app❗️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hardware device works for USB transfer to my laptop. But using this app to read a MicroSD card seems to scramble the File Allocation Table on the disk. I had to use a recovery utility on my PC to recover the files. My suspicion is that it chokes due to insufficient memory on large files and just corrupts the disk as a result. So the main thing I got this for, moving pictures from the card to the iPad, is a complete fail. I’ll still use the hardware to move files to USB ports on computers.

If I could give this divide a zero, I would. I have an iPhone 11 and it won’t connect. There are no trouble shooting directions. I wasted my money trying to make my life easier
